Food Products

Miracle Foods supplies a wide range of premium fresh and frozen food.  Besides all stores provide a range wines from all over the world.  Such as Chilean, French, South-African and Italian wines.

All outlets store a vast selection of meats.  On offer are a variety of beef cuts.  With a selection from lean tenderloin, rib eye, rump to name but a few.  When it comes to pork the range varies from sausages to pork ribs.  Miracle Foods strives to supply an adequate selection of lamb and game products.  Such as ostrich fillet, wild boar and crocodile.

Miracle Foods supplies premium poultry products.  Customers can choose from the finest chicken parts.  Such as chicken breast, legs, thighs to whole chicken.  You can buy breaded and battered products such as chicken nuggets and chicken kievs.

If you are seeking fish products than you are spoilt for choice.  All outlets provide a choice of fresh and frozen fish, shellfish and breaded fish.

For those who run on a busy schedule and do not have time to cook, Miracle Foods have you covered.  They offer a selection of ready-made food to heat up.  As well all outlets supply a variety of frozen peeled, deseeded vegetables.

Loyalty Card Scheme Basics

Miracle Foods loyalty card scheme is one of the most generous loyalty schemes around. Collect points with each €1 spent.  You earn one point per €1 spent.  Points collected on purchases are refreshed on an annual basis. Hence, they expire after 12 months.  After which your purchases start accumulating again.

The first tier of rewards is obtained on a spend of €1,000.  Once you reach €1,000 in purchases you will get a €50 voucher.  This entitles you for a 5% discount on any purchases made from that date up to the end of the 12 month period.  The next tier of rewards is reached on a spend of €7,000 so on and so forth.

Below is a table showing the spend and its corresponding voucher:

  • Spend €1,000 and get €50 voucher + 5% Discount
  • Spend €7,000 and get €250 voucher + 5% Discount
  • Spend €12,000 and get €350 voucher + 5% Discount
  • Spend €25,000 and get €600 voucher + 5% Discount

The outlet’s cashier issues the voucher upon reaching the target spend.  It is valid up to 6 months from the date of issue.  Utilise the voucher in full at any Miracle Foods outlet.

Earn Loyalty Card Points with everyday spending

The outlet’s cashier scans your free loyalty card.  Either at the start of the bill or before payment.  The amount you spend is added as points on your card.  You accumulate points at the rate of one point per one euro spent in store.  A voucher is issued once you have collected enough points.  The 5% discount is applied upon your next purchases.

How can I get a Loyalty Card?

It is free to sign up to the loyalty card scheme.  You can join by signing up online through the Miracle Foods website.  Fill in all the required personal details set out in the online form. You will receive the card by post.  Once you submit the data you will receive an email for verification purposes.  This is sent on the email address provided on the form.  Click on the email to complete the application process.  This is necessary to confirm that you are the applicant of the loyalty card.

Tick the ‘I accept the Terms and Conditions’ so that the company can disclose information submitted on registration.

How do I access my balance?

You can ask the cashier for an update on your balance after effecting payment.  You get to know the amount of points collected and the remaining balance to reach the target spend.  You can also inquire about the period left to accumulate the necessary points before the expiry of the 12 month period.

Loyalty Card Terms of Use

All data submitted upon application comprises personal data according to the Data Protection Act.  The company processes this data according to applicable laws.

The company may avail of this information to run special offers and promotions on products.  Hence, through the details provided on the application you can be contacted via post, email or SMS.

To manage the loyalty card scheme Miracle Foods may use details on usage and purchases recorded in your card.  This to improve its performance and understand customer’s shopping behavior.

The company verifies the identity of calls received by the customer care department.  Agents perform identification against details provided on registration.  If its not the loyalty card holder calling the company needs to get authorization from the loyalty card holder to proceed with any replies to an inquiry.
